It is possible and a simple pregnancy test will give you your answer. But please don't have your hopes too high because everything you describe can be symptoms of perimenopause. Large fluctuations in hormones can occur for six months to years before the final menstrual period. Missed and frequent menses, headaches, breast tenderness, sleep disturbance, moodiness can all be associated with the hormonal ups and downs. So can pregnancy, but given your age and history it is less likely. Have you considered donor egg? Success rates depend on the donor's age, not the recipients.
