Is There Any Medication Needed For TSH =12uIU/mL In New Born Baby?

My newborn baby girls Neonatal screening for Hypothyrodism s result has come as TSH =12uIU/mL as agaist ref range of 10 .The test was carried when she was 6 days old,3.03 Kg and today she is 15 days old.My wifes results during pregnancy were TSH=0.403,T3=3.13 &T4=1.27 (All within range) and she was Not on any medication except calcium and iron tablets.Pls advice if there is any cause of worry for my daughter and any further investigations/medications necessary?t

I understand your concerns but don't worry. TSH value of your baby is perfectly normal for a newborn baby. There is absolutely no need to go for any further unnecessary testing.
