Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.There is no home based test to find out condition of sperms .You will have to visit a Lab and give a semen sample which will be analysed for -Number,motility etcc,,then you will know the result.Meanwhile please ensure even your wife gets tested like pelvis scan,blood tests,hormonal assay-Tsh,Fsh,Lh,Prolactin levels.
