Is There Any Internal Problem Causing Sebaceous Hyperplasia?

dear doctors, t seems that i have a sebaceous hyperplasia , enlarged oil gland and is rapidly multiplying. is there any internal problem associated which is causing this? I have done a number of research but I would likte to know if thre is a need to check with an endocrinology.

This is called seborrhoic dermatitis and should be shown to the Dermatologist and not the endocrinologist to start with .
