Hello and welcome to HCM,
In the presence of chronic kidney disease type 4 and diabetes mellitus, the kidneys are at increased risk of deterioration of renal function tests.
A creatinine level of 1.8 is raised.
It should be between 0.6 to 1.6 mg/dl.
Values above this range suggest renal dysfunction.
Besides other tests, urine microalbuminuria should also be done to detect renal dysfunction due to diabetes mellitus.
Random blood glucose level of 244 mg/dl is high.
High blood glucose levels increase the risk of diabetic complications like retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy.
You need to control the blood glucose levels to halt the kidney damage from these diseases.
A hemoglobin level of 9.8% is also low.
Type of anemia needs to be detected and its treatment needs to be done.
It is difficult to predict when the requirement for dialysis will arise.
However proper precautions will delay the start of dialysis.

Thanks and take care
