I was prescribed Aldara 12 years ago for the treatment of genital warts on my penis. Aldara rid myself of the warts, but almost immediately turned every treated area white (no pigment). Over the years, the immediate area where the warts were have turned black. I now have patches of no color with black spots on my penis. It has been this way for over a decade. Is there a treatment for this?
