Is The Low AC Something I Should Worry About?

I am 35+2 weeks pregnant and initially had twins out of which one of the fetus is spontaneously reduced Please advise..thanks

On ultrasound, when following growth, there are four measurements taken: two in the head, the abdominal circumference, and femur length. It is not unusual for individual growth numbers to be "low" or different from the others. In fact, the AC is probably the most difficult to reproduce. If the overall fetal weight is normal, then you likely having nothing to worry about. If there has been a decrease in the fetal weight percentile over time, you should discuss this further with your doctor.
