Is the chest pain I am experiencing while sleeping on right side due to increased breast size with weight gain?

i have significantly gained weight and thus my breast size has increased. when i sleep at night on my right side, i feel pain in my chest and this also happens if i sleep on my back but however when i sleep on my stomach with the breats on the bed, i feel no pain in my chest. could the chest pain be associated to the breast size?

If you have some tenderness on your breast it may be possible to experience pain when you sleep on that side. You can check for this by examining your breasts yourself and find out if palpating anywhere elicits pain. However this seems unlikely since you do not have pain on lying on your stomach.

The pain is while sleeping on the right side. there could be many reasons for this. A detailed history, examination and tests while help determine what is causing this pain.
