Is Taking Epilim And Rivotril Together Contraindicated?

My father of 85 take Epilim and Rivitrol together. He say the Epilim prevent the tremors in his hand and legs. The Rivitrol is for his nerves. I know that he has an anxiety problem. He has a bad tremor in his left hand. The skin on the legs and the lower lip also has tremors. He does not have Parkinson disease. He complain of being very tired and he can not walk as his legs has no strength. He sleeps most of the day and complain about headaches and dizziness. Is it wise to use these two medications together as he does not have epilepsy. Are there not better medication or combination of medicines for his problems that will not tire him so much?
