Is Surgery The Only Option For My Lower Back Pain?

I am ganesh from Mumbai (age 33, weight -78 Kg, Height -170 cm) and suffering from lower back pain. My MRI report says that there is moderate disc dessication at L4-L5 disc causing centoisis impinging. Is the surgery is only alternative for this and if I want avoid it what can else I can do?
What is success rate of the surgery?

mr. ganesh, there is no way except surgery. you will try physiotherapy by a expert but surgery is the final way according to your mri.
