Hi, Yes, it is possible that a small arteriole can get ruptured particularly in the area where it is not supported well by skin or mucosa to get ruptured by violent sneezing, coughing, straining of any sort. It could be angiodysplasia, stone in urinary bladder or urethra. If the urine has cleared there is nothing to worry unless you get a repeat problem. It is better to get your blood pressure and pulse rate and if there is hypertension then surely you need a proper treatment.
