Is Slightly High SED Rate Concerning?

Hi, I have a sed rate that is slightly high. In June I had wrist pain on a camping trip and was tested for Lupus, Gout, ANA, and lymes. All came back normal. My WBC, Platelets and sed rate were high. in the past month the WBC came back normal, the platelets are almost back to normal and the sed rate came down by 2 points but I am still at 25. My Doc doesn't seem concerned. Should I be?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
There are many causes of high esr.
Tuberculosis, infection, anemia, autoimmune disease are the common causes. If you don't have any symptoms and your tests are negative then no need to worry. Many persons have slightly high esr without any known disease or abnormality. So no need to worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
