Why does my skin ache during my period? Like the skin on my legs and butt are sore , like I ve been in a fight or something...

During menstruation periods, there will be slight rise in temperature due to harmonal changes..... generalized body ache is common in most of females.. need not worry about it.. since there is some amount of loss of blood in body weakness will be felt.. nothing much to worry...
