Cap. renerve contains Vit-B1(thiamine).
It is helpful in neurological symptoms but more specific Vitamins are B12 and folic acid,which are more helpful in sciatic pain along with NSAID.
Go for proper exercise and physiotherapy under guidance of orthopedician and physiotherapist.
