Is Pricking Pain Caused By Diabetes Or Nerves?
hi I am almost sixty and several years ago was diagnosed with diabetic 2 I an taking pills and him also taking lyrica for nerve pain. the pain I have a lot is like someone sticking me with a knife. It is usually around the veins which are bad. It really hurts and I am so tired of being in pain. Is this pain from the diabetes

Treament involves ...
Good control of diabetes.
Use of GABAPANTINE or PREGABLIN
Injectable VIT B12 For 5-7 injections and subsequently oral VIT B 12.
Supplementing well with VIT D.
Can apply local anesthetic patches.
Consult a diabetologist for the proper management.
