Is Pregnancy Report At 32 Weeks Normal?

My report at 32weeks of pregnancy Head at lower pole with fetal spine to the lefy & lateral aspect of maternal abdomen B.P.D-8.6cm =35wks F.L.-6.6cm=34wks FAC-29.1cm=33wks Fetal weight 2.302kg+-345gms Placenta posterior G2 Large for GA Is everything normal?since its my first pregnancy i am bit worried

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
All your ultrasound parameters are giving around two weeks disparity with your gestational age by last menstrual period.
The possible causes are:
-In third trimester some amount of disparity between gestational age by lmp and gestational age between ultrasound is common.
-Wrong dates
-Macrosomic baby due to complications like gestational diabetes etc.
So, check your last menstrual period once again.
Try to correlate expected date of delivery according to previous ultrasound reports with present once.
Check for your blood sugar levels once.
Repeat ultrasound after two weeks.
According to these, further management can be planned.
