General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The morning after pill can cause muscle cramps. So, it might be a side effect of the medication. I suggest using warm compresses at the painful area. If the pain continue, I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen for pain relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
