in my view if baby is not sick much like not having fever , accepting orally well just cold and cough antibiotic is not needed.it may be due to viral infection which should subside by own . and cough is may be due to post nasal drip due to cold and allegra is for allergic cold.and loose motion may be due to clavam forte or may be due to viral infection. so for your baby frequent feeding to maintain hydration , continue vizylac till loose motion subsides and for disturbing cold and cough can give wickoryl drops 5 to 8 drops thrice a day for 3 to 5 days as per relief of symptoms.
