Is Medication Needed For Blood Sugar Being 93mg/dl And 108mg/dl?

Q: I am 29 yrs old and came to know that having a diabetics recently a moth ago.belo is my test results those out of limits,

glyco haemoglobin-7.3% ,Blood sugar post prandia - 225 mds/dl , Urine sugar 2%.Blood sugar fasting - 127mg/dl , urine sugar -absant,total colostral 21omg/dl,heumatoid factor (b&i) - 27.7 iu/ml....Dotor advised to take tablets but i did'nt since i have controlled in exercise and diet.Now my blood sugar is 93 mg/dl & 108mg/dl...may i know still i need to take drugs ??i have bone & knee pain as well.please advise.

Your blood sugar levels are in good control. Please continue your diet and exercise regimen. keep checking blood sugars frequently. When your fasting is >110 and ppbs >160 mg/dl despite good food control and exercise you can start safe tablets like metformin. Right now time to put on your running shoes and remain drug free..
