Hello,

There are a number of different causes of endometrial fluid collections.

Hematometra, hematocolpos, pregnancy and its complications, pelvic inflammatory disease, menstruation or exogenous estrogen administration have been reported to cause uterine fluid collections.

As you have already the H/O Ca Thyroid you need to visit a gynecological oncologist who can have a proper examination and correlate clinically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir , OB and GYN Specialist
