My name is mushtaq 70 years oldman aretired teacher.have bp90 by160, taking tenormin 50oncea day. For the last10 year but now gets heaviness inthe chestandsometimes pain onthe left side near the heart region.iam diabetic since 10 years and taking getformin 2mg,500mg twice a day fasting sugar level is 120. Fatigue. Weakness , shortness of breath on climbing stairs, o arthritis. A cardiologist suggested tab concor 5mg o.d in the morning tab eaziday 25 mg, at night tab.
