Is It Safe To Take Tramadol, Welbutrin, Prilosec, Restylin Prescribed For Lupus?

I was diagnosed with Lupus 12 yrs ago, I have just been told I have narrowing of 4,5 and 6. And bone spurs in my neck. Very painful! Now I know what a pain in the neck really is! Anyway, I am taking tramadol, welbutrin, prilosec, restylin for sleep issues and now i have been prescribed methocarbam 750mg. Is it safe to take all these medications? I hate to damage my liver, but at the same time, the pain is really terrible.
