Is It Safe To Give A Child Azithral 200 For Cold Or Infections?

Dr, i would lik to know is it safe to give child of 4yr this azithral 200 when ever she got cold or any infection .As when ever v consult our dr. vn our baby is having cold or throat infection he always prescribes this antibiotic.so just want to knw will it effect my baby in long run.her weight is 14kg ..where as vn v consulted other pediatrician he just adviced us to give flue scrup for cold (running nose). im tensed as all says giving antibiotic at intial stage wil effect child's health .so pls advice on this

Azithral is an antibiotic.
It is used many times in throat infections.
But in simple upper respiratory tract infection which is many times viral, Where it will not help and also not be used frequently without any signs of bacterial infection.
