Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

According to your history, you said that you are suffering from migraine headaches associated with sleep disturbances and presently using Clonotril. In my opinion, tab Clonotril is dangerous as it can get addictive. So firstly, STOP Clonotril completely. For migraine headaches, I advise you to start TCAs like tablet Amitriptyline at night which was used as prophylaxis for migraine headache. Also,, it maintains sleep which is also required for you. It should be used continuously to stop further attacks. During attacks, start with with Paracetamol 650mg. If not responding, use tablet Naproxen 500mg. If it is still not responding, start tablet headset to stop the present attack. I advise you to go for regular exercises, relaxation techniques as migraine attacks get precipitated due to stress.

Hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagawan Rajana, Psychiatrist
