Hi !
Welcome to Healthcare
If you are not comfortable with taking so many Allopathic medicines then you can take alternative medicines like Homoepathic/Ayurvedic. They too have very good results in Hyperacidity. You can take syrup DIGE AID , 1 TSF thrice daily with 1/2 cup of luke warm water and Iris 200, 10 drops with luke warm water twice daily.

Thanks and take care.

yes gelusil is an antacid for acidity .
2 to 4 tablets 4 times daily, between meals and at bedtime as required to relieve symptoms and promote recovery. Tablets should be chewed.
if you not comfortable with tablet you can take Gelusil syrup: 10 to 20 mL of liquid 4 times a day
