Is It Possible To Conceive With Dilatation Of Terminal Fallopian Tube As Revealed On HSG Report?

My hsg report shows
left Fallopian tube show dilatation of terminal Fallopian tube/film rial end with peritoneal spillage-?hydrosalpinx
Right Fallopian tube patent with peritoneal spillage
Normal uterine cavity

Please can u tell me can't I get pregnant n Concieve naturally ?

Hi,
Sperm deposited in cervix travels to fallopion tube where Ovum is present n fertilization occurs then reaches to uterus n gets implanted there within 4-5 days.It is being helped by cilliary action in fallopion tube.
Although your left fallopion tube has shown some abnormalities but right one is completely patent n uterus too is normal so pregnancy is very much possible .
