is it ok to have sugar free in place of sugar without doctor priscription and without any history of diabetes? is it ok to have sugar free in place of sugar without doctor priscription and without any history of diabetes?
Without history of diabetes or confirmation why you want to try these out? These have their own side effects...better to avoid and have natural sugar when you can afford to have some and dont have diabetes still...

I am taking care of my niece who is diabetic. 9 years old. I also have her sisters who are not diabetic. They love to help cook muffins and cookies. If we make sugar free desserts, is it ok for her to eat more of them? She is hard to regulate anyway and is regularly in the 2 or 3 hundreds which I don t like. We watch her regular meals for carbs and eat a lot of proteins and vegetables. I just want her to be safe while she is in my care, but we love to bake together as well.

hi my husband is 26 yrs old and in the past couple months his ankles have gotten brown blotchy spots and they just keep getting darker and darker and closer together! they look like what old people get on their legs or what people get when they diabetes. he said he thinks its liver spots but i didnt think you could get them so young. also he has horrible back problems and isnt able to move around as much as a normal person is and also has been taking pain killers now for almost 3 years, im concerned that it could be a side effect from using the pain meds and is hurting his liver or something! can you please help us and give us an idea of what it might be thanks a bunch -worried wife
