General & Family Physician Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale's  Response
hi, the pain in upper stmoach is seen in early pregnancy often. it's mostly due to gastric upsets, nausea, vomitting, less food intake causing hyper acidity & sometimes constipation.
You should take Tab doxinate 2 at bed time along with tab histac 150mg twice a day after food.
avoid eating spicy food or fasting.
take small servings of mild & nonirritant food according to your taste every 2-3 hrs. sips of cold milk with suger is benificial,
Try to have an active lifestyle So as to have good digestion.
I hope, this helps you. thanks
