Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that it is quite normal to have a higher heart rate during physical activity, especially when suffering from asthma.

Anyway, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine your heart function and structure and also an exercise cardiac stress test in order to exclude any cardiac issues.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
