Is It Normal To Have Excess Skin On The Frenulum Area Of The Penis?
Is it normal to have what looks like a skin tag on the frenulum area of the penis. Just one that is soft and skin colored. In the area where all the skin is wrinkly. Looks like a skin fold or excess skin cluster. Again, just one though. Is it normal or cause for concern, like wart, which I thought appeared in clusters? I am a woman so I am asking on behalf of a friend rather than myself. I have heard of Fordyce Spots which are normal. Any other normal conditions like that? Thanks!

As you mentioned that skin tag present over the frenulum of penis and this is skin colored and looks like a skin.
In my opinion this is not a skin disease ( according to mentioned in query )but a congenital excess piece of skin in continuation with frenulum skin .
This is not a cause of concern and take it easy and this also not Fordyce spots because they looks and appear in numbers ( 2-5 usually ).
So don't bother about .
