Is it harmful to have a low pulse rate of 40 while resting ?

my resting pulse rate is 40 but i feel alright i do cardeo exercise for 60 minutes six days a week during exercise it goes to 120 and gets back to70 in two minutes stays there for sometime and then starts the journey towards i alright

Are you a trained athlete. Are you on any medication. If not this resting pulse rate is very low. Do you have giddiness, palpitations. You should get looked at by your Doctor and also get an ECG taken just to be safe. Do deep breathing exercises twice to thrice a day to stay fit. Eat healthy.
