General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. Thanks for writing on HCM.
Liver dysfunction is the commonest cause of jaundice.Liver has to produce more energy(glucose) when you workout.Since the capacity of liver is altered in case of jaundice it is not advisable to stress further. You may resume your workup once jaundice subsides.Advise plenty of oral fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables.Hope this answers your query.
