Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Progression of the disease in the native vessels and/or graft is almost inevitable
Silent infarcts are common, especially in the diabetic
One needs further investigations – to assess a treatable cause
Pneumonia could be precarious – depending upon the causative organism and associated morbidity
You need follow up with treating cardiologist

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
