Hi,

PCOS is a syndrome not a disease as she is having blood pressure it causes vessels to rupture and bleed, see whether her hypertension is under control or not. Consult physician if possible.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. V. Nagasravani, OB & GYN Specialist
