Is It A Matter Of Concern If Baby Is Sleeping Longer Than Usual And Not Urinated Since 10 Hours?

Hi. My 2 month has been drinking formula and breast feeding regularly. However, yesterday she urinated at 9pm and then nothing for 10 hrs. After talking to our Ped, she said to keep an since there was no fever or complaints. But now, the baby is sleeping a lot longer than usual. Any cause for concern?
