Sir, I am 43 years old and drinks near about 200 ml brandy daily before dinner for the last 2 years. Now I had done LFT and the SGOT shows 81U/L and SGPT shows 92U/L and the rest are normal? Whether the alcaholism is the reason for the rise in SGOT and SGPT?. I had consumed 10 hours before blood checking. Please advice the possible reason for the high SGOT and SGPT. Thanking you, Kumar
I have extra heart beats, the doctor said to ignore them. I have them everyday between 25-50 times. Should I? take my doctors advice and ignore them or should I pursue a second opinion? I have a baby on the way and I don t want to leave my family to fend for themselves in this world. Is it ok to have that many extra heartbeats on a daily basis? I m 26, male, 145 lbs, 5 8. I don t smoke or drink.
Hello, for years now I have nausea during and after eating and a lot of times when I m not eating. I wake up with bad indigestion every day and suffer all day with it whether I eat or not. A lot of times it feels like something is stuck. I ve had my gallbladder checked and it functions properly. I was told I do have a fatty liver. I ve lost about 15 pounds since November without trying because of the nausea and not being able to finish eating. Could it be possible that I have a food allergy even though I don t have to eat to feel bad? I also have bloody stools and lately loose bowels almost not making it to the bathroom. I ve had 2 colonoscopies with normal results. I could go on but I think this is enough to start with.
