Hello welcome to HCM.
Angioplasty is a major achievement in cardiology in terms of treatment of illness as well as symptoms of patients also.
So, my answer is definitely 'No'... After angioplasty the symptoms will not recur unless it's due to some other illness. However Taking your medicines regularly and do cardiac stress test at regular intervals is of paramount importance to rule out restenosis.
Now coming to second question.
After angiography usually in most of the cases, a cardiologist can make out whether person should undergo angioplasty or not. But in rare cases where there is dilemma For is advisable because it will guide better regarding adequate flow to the heart. So discuss with your cardiologist with this added knowledge and he will guide you further.
Thank you.
Best of luck.
