Hi I m curious I have a 6 year old daughter she was diagnose with neutrapenia age 2-4 then age 4 till current overactive immune system had blood work today and her abs neut 9.0 abs lymph 1.0 her neut 84.50 and her lymph 9.40 her alt 38 and her creatinine 0.38 do you think I need to go back to hemotologist

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood work up is showing increased numbers of neutrophils in blood.
The cause for increased neutrophils is bacterial infection.
Thus, the cause of neutrophilia has to be found out.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment to look for cause of bacterial infection.

The ALT and creatinine levels are within normal limits.
