Is Heart Burn A Side Effect Caused Due To Smoking Methamphetamine?
HI, I m a 31 y/o male and I smoke methamphetamine on a weekend basis. This last time I used I ve been having really intense heartburn pain. I ve never had an issue with indegestion and I m wondering if it s a negative side effect the drug is causing. Thanks!
Methamphetamine does cause gastritis as a side effect. I will tell you some of the tips which you need to follow to counter gastritis.
1. Do not eat spicy food. 2. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 a.m., small snack at 11 a.m., lunch at 1 p.m., small snack at 4 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m. 3. Drink plenty of water. 4. Cut down on smoking, alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea. 5. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis. 6. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day. 7. Learn meditation techniques. 8. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
