Is Head Ache In The Mornings Due To High Blood Pressure?
I woke up the last two or three mornings with a bad headache. It usually goes away after I take an aspirin or get to work. I never have them through the day. My brother died from high blood pressure about a year ago. I m nervous that I may have high bp. Do you think the headache is from that?
First of all, there are several causes of the morning headache such as:hypertension and sinusitis. So,you should measure your blood pressure in three separate sessions in three separate days. Before each session you should relax. The emotional stress can increase blood pressure. If you had hypertension, you could take a drug to control your blood pressure besides decrease salt and fat intake.I hope I answer all your questions.
