Is Gland Swelling Due To Vitamin Deficiency?

Hi There, I m a women in her mid-20 s. lately I have been experience more than usual hair loss , really dry skin , slight fatigue and waking up feeling thirsty. I also noticed that my left gland on my neck right below my jaw is slightly swollen. I do work out 3times a week and eat well so I just want to know if this may be a vitamin deficiency or some kind of infection?

All your symptoms can be due to thyroid problem. You need ultrasound scan of your neck along with thyroid function assay. Hypothyroidism gives this type of picture. Consult your primary physician to get the basic investigations done.
