Suggest Treatment For Chalazions

My husband gets frequent chalazions and a neighbor said he used to get them chronically but found it was a vitamin deficiency. He takes multiple vitamins however and cannot remember exactly what vitamin took the problem away..however, he said it worked immediately for him. This was several years ago. Do you know the vitamin?

Hello
I reviewed your history.
Multiple recurrent chalazions are seen in people with eye problems like refractive error, decreased immunity as in diabetes and in people with lack of essential vitamins.
Hence he requires evaluation to rule out refractive errors, diabetes....
He can take multivitamin supplements to increase general immunity.

Thank you
