How Can Vitamin D3 And Vitamin B12 Deficiency Be Dealt With?

I got Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 deficiency. It happened subsequently after I was diagonised for high Cholestrol. I also take medicine for cholestrol. D3 vitamin level improves after taking suplements and again goes down after stoping the D3 suplements. Is Vitamin deficiency related to higher cholestrol level? I always feel tired.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

For vitamin D3 deficiency you can take lumia 50k or other preparation. For vitamin B12 deficiency you should take vitcofol injection.

Your vitamin D deficiency is not due to high cholesterol level. So don't worry about that. Drugs like atorvastatin or pravastatin are useful. But it is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
