General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis. I recommend using antacids such as Milk of magnesia daily. I also recommend using PPI mediation such as Omeprazole daily before breakfast.

I suggest to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
