Is Famotidine, Topcid, Multivitamin And Multiminerals Causing Stool Color Change?

hi suddenly today my stool colour change green .. what the reason last three day i take some medition named (famotidine tablets i.p topcid 40 & multivitamin and multimineral tablets cadbe) is the stool color change the cause of the medition or have any other reason????

Hi,

Multi-minerals tablet can cause green discoloration of the stool. Green colored stool appears to be due to breakdown of pigments by the multi-minerals (like iron salts) present in the cadbe tablet. It is a harmless reaction which will subside after stopping the medication so there is no need to worry about it.
