Is Enterogermina Oral Suspension Helpful In Treating Loose Motions In A Child?

my one month old son is passing stool very frequently( sometimes in every 5 minutes sometimes with a gap of 15 minutes) which is something like yellow water and little bit of solid content and he has red rashes around his anus. i am breastfeeding him. pediatrician said it is normal for infant and should avoid giving various medicine. he has prescribed enterogermina oral suspension. will it help for my child?dee

I appreciate your concern, pediatrician gave you correct advise, If I would be doctor of this case then I would not suggest any medicine because it is normal for the infant to pass the stool frequently only thing is it need to be taken care for hydration and second infection need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the stool examination if not being done, else it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
