hello patient

You are having hepatitis C.

In all hepatic viral infections the level of sgpt is high.

This is very common finding, but you should go for ultrasonogram to rule out cirrhosis of liver.

The medicines you are taking for hepatitis C & the disease itself increases SGPT .

you should regularly monitor SGPT ,Bilirubin regularly. Also the sonogram at regular interval with the guidance of gastroenterologist.

Wish you good healthy life!

Regards
Dr.Ravin Shah

Thanks
