Hello and welcome,

You have been using a very high dose of clomiphene and metformin. Are you diabetic?

It is not correct to take such high doses for prolonged duration unless other procedures like IUI etc are combined with it. I suggest that you visit an infertility specialist. Take your husband with you as both need to be evaluated if there is a problem in getting pregnant.

The first step must be a husbands semen analysis and wife's ultrasonography to look for uterus and ovaries and any abnormality. Other investigations like ovulation study, test to check if tubes are blocked, hormone studies are needed. An IUI and ovulation induction under USG guidance is advised. This is a long procedure and you must discuss the proper plan with your treating doctor. Please stop clomiphene for now and get the tests done.

Then future treatment will be decided.
Hope this satisfies your query.
