please help me i don t know what to do i didn t know that i have chlamydia infection for 18 days because theres no symptoms of burning sensation in urinating just only yellowish penis discharge please help is this infection could lead to death please help me...

go for laboratory testing of discharge from penis for culture and sensitivity test.
In this test we will know the causative bacteria and the medicines effective against that particular bacteria.
After report go for long course of treatment and you will be cured.
