Is Chest Pain, Coughing And Mild Temperature Due To Recurring Chest Infection?

I have recently had a chest infection . I have had 2 courses of IV antibiotics. 2 days ago I finished my last lot. I am starting to feel unwell again and have a mild temp again. My white cell count has previously been high. I have had bloods again today but have not received the results. My chest is hurting and I am coughing again

HO
Well come to HCM
In my opinion stop all the medicines, because this could be allergic condition and that does not need any antibiotic but this now can be treated with Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, this would be enough, hope this information helps.
